data-lang: IS OPTIONAL - If not set, english is the default language
data-link: IS OPTIONAL - If not set, it is going to load default legal note, see demo below
data-mode: IS OPTIONAL - If set as data-mode="auto" just following the navigation the disclaimer isn't going to appear again. Otherwise if not set, the cookie disclaimer it is going to disappear by clicking Accept button.
data-msg-selector: IS OPTIONAL - If set, it is going to load in the disclaimer box the html code in the data-msg-selector DOM element, not the default message.
